Insurance underwriting conditions
1.Covers any medical expenses, including COVID-19, and is subject to the terms and conditions as well as the exclusions are stated in The Insurance Policy.
2.The insured must be between 1-75 years old.
2.2 In case of minors age between 1-18 years old and purchasing only one insurance, please ask the parents to provide additional details and sign the insurance application form.
3.The insured can buy a maximum of 1 insurance policy.
4.The insured must be in good health. There is no part of the disability before the date of applying for insurance.
5.The Company reserves the right not to accept insurance for the insured traveling to or through the provinces of Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat.

What is Tune iPass Insurance?
Tune iPass Insurance of Tune Protect Thailand has been created to protect the visitors entering Thailand and wishing to apply for visa to get through the immigration checkpoints. The insurance covers the entire period of stay in Thailand of the insured person. A variety of packages is offerred in accordance with the insurance plans and the periods of stay in Thailand.
Does the insurance cover the medical expense for COVID-19?
Tune iPass covers the medical expense for COVID-19 at the maximum of 3.5 million Baht per year.
What is the age limitation for the applicant of Tune iPass Insurance?
The persons aged between 1 and 75 years old may apply for this insurance.
What should the effective date of the coverage be determined?
The date of arrival in Thailand is recommended as the effective date.
For what period of coverage should the customer purchase Tune iPass Insurance?
The customer should purchase the insurance to cover the entire period of visa or the period of stay in Thailand.
Who cannot purchase Tune iPass Insurance?
1. A person holding Thai passport
2. A person entering Thailand for other purposes aside from the medical trip
3. A person aged less than 1 year old or more than 75 years old
However, the above persons may purchase Tune Covid 100K USD if they are between 1 month and 75 years old.

After purchasing the insurance, can the effective date be change? Is there any extra change for the change?
It can be changed without any charge. However, the customer is required to submit additional documents together with the copy of air ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org
After purchasing the Tune iPass Insurance, it is possible to extend the period of stay?
Yes. The customer may extend the period of stay by notifying your wish through the channel of your initial purchase.
In case of any visa application problem or refusal from the relevant embassy, is it possible to cancel the insurance and request for a refund?
It can be cancelled with a full refund.
If the disease has been tested during the quarantine and found that I have COVID-19, will I be able to admit to the hospital for treatment without providing advance payment?
You can receive the medical treatment immediately without providing advance payment.
